We also like to be practical and to the point in solving your packaging challenges. Based on the latest trends in sustainable packaging materials and technologies, we can help you in setting up a Packaging Road map, prioritizing Sustainability steps and Projectmanagement and implementation of the developments.

Based on almost 30 years knowledge and experience in consumer packaging for Food, Drinks, Personal Care and Pharma, it is my drive to advise, create and implement sustainable packaging developments, to make our world a little greener.
I also enjoy sharing information and training the next generation packaging professionals.
My background is Industrial Design Engineering at Technical University Delft. Through my career I played various management roles in Product and Business Development, Quality and Technical. My approach has always been practical and customer-driven.
From 1995-2007 I have worked for PLM/ Rexam / Ardagh a.o. as Innovation Lead in Consumer Glass packaging. During this period I also received both my Operational Black Belt and Design Black Belt.
From 2008-2024 I changed to PET packaging with PET Power / RPC/ Berry Global. As Technical & Development Director I was responsible for Innovation, Product Development, Engineering and Facilities teams. During this period I worked with my team pro-actively on packaging developments in Food/Personal Care/ Pharma and Home care.
Internally we implemented automation (AGV) , energy saving and material recycling initiatives to improve the sustainability of the PET container process.
Sustainability has become more and more indispensable during the last 10 years. And for good reasons of course. Spring 2024 , I certified as Sustainability & Business Development manager by the Biomimicry centre. Design Inspired by nature as new inspiration for Innovation & Sustainability in packaging, hand in hand like a never ending circle.
